Dyke Farm Barn near Brighton is just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center. We loved exploring the vibrant streets of Brighton, visiting Victoria Gardens, and soaking up the lively atmosphere. The barn itself is a hidden gem, providing a cozy and comfortable space for our large family. We were able to stay connected with the world thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi provided.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for the kids.

We had a fantastic time at the Dyke Farm Barn near Brighton Villa. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful country walks right on our doorstep. The barn itself was well-equipped and cozy, with a standout feature being the luxurious bath with instant hot water. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The field of sheep at the back added to the picturesque setting, making our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Nothing to fault! 👍

I recently stayed at Dyke Farm Barn in Sussex for a short break and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of Poynings, Fulking, Devil's Dyke, and the South Downs. The house itself was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, as well as the high-quality towels and bedding. The shower was excellent too. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, away from the crowds and traffic. The Royal Oak pub, just a short walk away, was a great spot for a meal and is also dog-friendly.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The room at Dyke Farm Barn was absolutely cozy and homely. I felt like I was staying in a friend's place rather than a hotel. The sofa bed and dishwasher were such a convenient touch. Plus, the bathrooms had both bathtubs and showers, ensuring everyone's preferences were met.
Personally, I didn't care much for the showers in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The decoration of the hotel was simply lovely, with charming touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on the ground floor.
I would have loved to have a handrail in the bathroom for better safety and support. It would have been helpful for the children working there to consider the needs of us senior folks and provide this small addition to ensure a better vacation experience.

Had a jolly Christmas stay in the countryside. The cozy barn was well-equipped and had a nice bathtub for soaking. Loved the stunning location surrounded by fields and enjoyed long walks with our dog. The instant hot water was a bonus, and the bottle of Prosecco was a much-appreciated touch. A peaceful retreat where we could relax and unwind.
The upstairs bedroom felt a bit cramped, albeit it's a minor issue. The kitchen stove was slow and not quite hot enough for serious cooking, but it did the job for simple meals.

We also enjoyed the beautiful views at Devil's Dyke and met friendly National Trust volunteers. The cottage was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere. Instant hot water and a relaxing bath were a plus. Can't wait to return!
Would recommend this hotel.
